1. Policy analysis and budget allocation

We review policies on community health insurance, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), social protection (including Ubudehe) and district disability budgets. We hold policy dialogues, present recommendations to ministries, submit policy briefs to Parliament and track disability funds.

2. Awareness through drama

Needs assessments and case studies shape our messages. Drama groups, success stories and documentaries take them to rural communities. We mark the International Day of Persons with Disabilities and White Cane Week, and hold an annual open forum.

3. Coalition and network building

Through NUDOR, UPHLS and other allies we review key treaties and national policies and prepare parallel reports on the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

4. Media innovation

We share stories and case studies on Facebook, Instagram and X with hashtags that unite our campaigns.
